Different Businesses.
Different Problems.
Custom Solutions.

These projects don’t look the same because every business is unique.

Launch Woodland works around what each business or organization actually needs: visibility, websites, systems, task management, organization, process cleanup, or some combination of all of it.

The work changes because the business changes.

That’s the point.

locally built. locally minded.

Growing Montessori needed more than a prettier website. The project combined a Squarespace redesign with stronger local visibility, clearer enrollment messaging, a tour inquiry process, Google Business Profile optimization, social cleanup, listings, analytics, and practical handoff documentation. The goal was to make the school easier for local families to find, understand, and take the next step with while leaving the team with a system they could actually maintain.

The PTSA work focused on turning a lot of moving pieces into something repeatable. I built a clearer operational structure for events, communications, board resources, volunteers, sponsors, and school-specific projects so the organization was not reinventing the process every time. That included reusable event frameworks, communication workflows, organized resources, and simple systems that made handoffs easier for a volunteer-run organization with a lot of people contributing.

Woodland Weekender is where I use my own business as the testing ground. I built a ClickUp system around task management, content planning, recurring workflows, project stages, reminders, and automations so I can manage the directory, website, social content, events, seasonal guides, outreach, and ongoing updates without holding the whole operation in my head. It is a practical example of building systems around the way the work actually happens and not forcing the work into a generic template.
